Stayed for a weekend for a friend's wedding. Hotel is in a good location within easy walking distance of everything in Byron. Staff did not offer help up the 2 flights of stairs despite our many bags. When asking for wifi password were treated like criminals wanting to "steal" access. Checked out 6am Monday morning, front desk was unmanned and... More

We stayed just the one night, but next time we'll stay longer. At $ 129 a night we thought this was very good value. The room was spotless, light & airy with modern fittings. Also the location is ideal for a short stroll to the centre of town. The only slight drawback was carrying heavy suitcases up 2 flights of... More

We booked this because it was one of the few places in Byron providing overnight accommodation (most places have a minimum of 2 nights) which is what we were looking for. We had a motel room and while at nearly $200/night will buy you something quite nice in many places, here it's just a basic, reasonably appointed room. The pluses... More

Thankyou for your review, for overnight accommodation we are very reasonably priced for Byron Bay. With our spa and sauna room we do ask guests to book a time so they can have it to themselves. With the request for a back room we do get asked for this sometimes and allways if we can do comply with the request,... More

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. It was clean and spacious but it was the customer service that let them down for us. The apartment was very dark inside -maybe that is just Australia because of the heat but it felt unwelcoming to me. We wouldn't stay here again.

We apologize if you did not enjoy yoour stay with us and if our staff were not very welcoming we allways do try to make our guests feel more welcome. The apartments have large glass doors and windows and are very spacious I am not sure why you thought they were dark and have a lot of natural light. More

Have stayed at this hotel a few times. We find it convenient and handy to cafes and shops. Just a short walk to the beach. Reception friendly and rooms have all you need. Reasonable rates. The rooms facing the road are rather noisy with the traffic but the rooms facing the pool are much quieter.

Stayed 2 bedroom apartment. Very spacious. Plenty of crockery and cutlery etc for four adults. Clean and fluffy towels. A little noisy on the Friday night but the Saturday night okay. Five minute walk to shopping centre and restaurants. On check-in, the girl on the front desk was very friendly and helpful. No lift but our apartment was within easy... More

I stayed there with a friend for two nights. Everything was OK but I just felt that for the money ($170/night) we could have expected a little more, maybe a brekky. Still, the location is good, the center of Byron Bay as well as the beach are not far away! I really enjoyed the pool, as well as the tennis... More
