We only stayed one night and wished it was many more. Beautiful spacious cabins, great cooking facilities, and new and clean. Only points against were small bathroom, if you are a larger person getting to the toilet is a tight squeeze. The bed, a king were two singles together which were very hard and uncomfortable. Apart from these little points,... More

Arranged to have our very first family camping in a tent trip here during the Easter break. Booked a powered site and also travelled in the company of two other families. The park was seemingly full but otherwise was still very quiet and peaceful. The site was big enough to pitch a large tent, gazebo and also park the car... More

We booked here for 4 nights because we wanted somewhere central & easy access to Pacific Highway to commute to Bulahdelah & sight-see surrounding areas. This place was more than I expected.....so peaceful & relaxing. Our cabin was a Queen Villa with views of Karuah River & jetty from our verandah. Ample space (can sleep up to 6) but there... More

My family & I stayed 1 night in a powered site. We found the facilities were very clean & excellent water pressure in the showers. Good facilities for the kids. All staff & new owners were very hospitable & approachable. Overall a very positive experience.

We stayed overnight in one of the new garden cabins en-route to Sydney. The cabin was very comfortable & well outfitted, including a king bed. It was very close to a long jetty for an early morning stroll into the bay with lots of boating & oyster leases. The close proximity to the Karuah RSL Club was a bonus for... More

My husband and I stayed in a spa cabin, it was clean & had everything that we needed. It is fairly old but well kept and certainly comfortable. If you are after new then the garden or family cottages would better suit you. The park is very quiet and perfect for our much needed r & r.. We had a... More

Stayed in a queen villa, very old and in need of repair... screen door falling off, hot water needs upgrading.....hot water ran out before family of 4 had shower. Jetty good for fishing and pool good but not much else for kids to do...old park and Karuah is a fair way from other places in Port Stephens. Would be suited... More

Stayed in a Spa Villa which was looking a little old, worn lino, kids beds a bit lumpy, only a 2 seater lounge, needs updating.I would recommend the Family Villas as they are brand new and look excellent. The pool area was great for the kids but could do with solar heating and they have a tennis court. We thought we... More

Overnight stay in a spa villa. Check in & out was very quick. Staff happy & helpful. The cabin was basic. Clean bathroom & kitchen. Beds comfy, linen fresh. Only issue was the floor hadn't been cleaned properly & you kind of stuck to it when you walked. Kids enjoyed the jumping pillow & wanted to try the pool but... More
