Despite attractive water views from front rooms, maintenance of these apartments is being neglected eg saggy mattress, old TV with poor reception, dated kitchen etc. Whole complex needs refurbishing and creation of luggage unloading area. Indifferent service at reception.

This is a good quality hotel in a great location. The views are the best selling point, so I'd recommend booking an ocean view room or apartment. The staff are pleasant and helpful.
