While overall the hotel is nice, we stayed here basically because of the outdoor pool area which is great for little ones. However, it became very clear that the pool is being used by non-hotel guests and that the hotel did not care. People were showing up with coolers and beach towels! This hotel is absolutely immaculate. The staff is extremely friendly and very accommodating. The landscaping and grounds are so kept up they were out on the sidewalks with scrub brushes EVERY morning. Spacious immaculate rooms with every accommodation you could think of. Just back from a fabulous family trip to Lancaster thanks to The Eden Resort. I serially have no complaints. Once again my wife and I returned to the best Best Western Eden Resort in Lancaster, PA. Stopping there for 6 nights after Wedding in Baltimore. Price, outdoor/indoor pool, fitness center, resturants excellent.

The staff were wonderful, the outdoor grounds were absolutely gorgeous, the bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in, the food was wonderful. I was there for a meeting and could not have been more pleased. I will stay there every year if I can!

Everything about this resort is top notch. I stayed only one night because we were on a college visit, but I can imagine spending several days at this large hotel.
