Nice clean room, cheerful and helpful staff (for directions to Primanti's) made for a great one night stay. The Jake brakes of the trucks can be loud - ask for a room on the back side. Property is undergoing a renovation, so there area few rough edges. Breakfast quality was above average for this kind of lodging.

I spoke in an earlier question about how nice and accomodating the staff is on my many returns. Nancy is especially accomodating and very warm and concerned that everything is to my satisfaction. I have and will contiue to make numerous trips to this area of Pittsburgh and I plan on continuing to stay here.

Great experience at this hotel. Rooms are top notch. Heating system easy to control. Nice breakfast. Staff very warm during check in. Quiet atmosphere. Plenty of parking. Modern amenities. Internet access is fast and easy.

I spent one night the re and would go back tomorrow if I could. Very clean and large bathrooms and sleeping areas. Rooms have a small frig and microwave. 15 minutes to downtown Pittsburgh. By far exceeds most on their attention to detail, and quickness to fix the slightest problem. The BEST cookies of any Hampton we've visited. Such caring staff, really make you feel welcome. When I had a problem with the shower head someone came up within 5 minutes to change it out. Such high standards in all areas.

Friendly staff. Easy check-in, check-out. Tasty free breakfast buffet. Very comfy room. Great shower in handicapped assessible room. Price a little high for area. Location great for shopping and dining.
