Took over an hour to get checked in by a new employee with no training and no one to help her. Twice was checked into a room that was already occupied. Pool was full of grunge and crud. Bathroom was not clean. Cops were called to deal with the riff raff the morning we checked out.

The quality inn in Pottstown is in a great location everything is around u that u need the service is terrific the ppl are great it has a great pool outside in the summer and if u get in late from business they have a very good lounge with good spirits and food I stay there every chance I get
