We chose this hotel because of a positive experience with another Ramada Inn nearby. It advertised a restaurant on-site - a great convenience when you have travelled a long distance. However, we found out that the restaurant was closed on Sunday evenings and we would also be charged for continental breakfast. Since we were tired, we decided to check in... More

This hotel wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. It was pretty clean and comfortable big clean bathroom and flat screen TV in the room with tons of channels. The lobby smells of smoke and my assumption is due to the heavy contractor and construction workers I saw staying there. They have motel and hotel style rooms, we... More

I was travelling with my wife and kids, and paid $83 some dollars for one night. Checked in on 30th of December. One of the top worst hotels I have ever stayed. There is a Days Inn along the same I-79 route at Fancy Gap, VA, which is at par with this hotel, but this has somethings special which you... More

I stayed there on Oct. 26...I was traveling with 2 puppies...I had to drive to that area in order to get an earcrop re-done from a bad one that had taken place. There are alot of working folks that stay in that hotel...construction? or whatever reason that they would be staying there. I choose that hotel because of price and... More

I stayed at this hotel about a year ago and enjoyed my stay. I needed pet friendly accomodations and the Ramada proved to be a perfect place to excercise my dog with a very large area behind the building. It was a very nice convenience to have a restaurant/lounge on the same property. My bed was very comfy. In this era... More

We stayed at this hotel and my spouse got sick and vomited on the bed and carpet. We were charged an additional $100.00 for cleaning the room. I could accept the charges if there were damages, but nothing was damaged, only extra time to do the cleaning. I feel the charges were totally unfair. Sickness and accidents happen. More

...and I regret not bringing a camera! After a drive up a steep, twisting, narrow drive, guests are cheerfully greeted by planters full off fake, plastic flowers that aren't even in season. The lobby has a smoky odor even though a "No smoking in the lobby" sign is clearly posted, and the inn is dated and dark. The clerks were... More

They advertise plush beds but they are your average run of the mill beds and so is everything else here. A little bit old and dated. I would stay again if the price was right. I stayed at the Hampton while in Washington and the difference in rates were not that much. That being said the quality between the 2... More

This hotel is very basic. When you walk in the front lobby you think "wow, this doesn't look too bad". But when you get to your room reality kicks in. Our room was huge but it was a tad out-dated and a bit smokey. It's not as bad as some of the other reviews but it may depend on which... More

This place appeared to be decent and conveniently located upon arrival. It went downhill quickly beginning with the check-in clerk, who may have been on the job for about a day, to the room, or I should say rooms until I found one where wi-fi would connect and then only marginally. Housekeeping apparently doesn't move the chairs to sweep as... More
