The door latch was broken and hanging off the wall, the smoke detector was hanging by wires from the ceiling. "Escorts" were knocking on nearby door at 3:39am. I'm surprised that the front desk allowed "escorts" into the hotel. I think that they should try to put single people away from families as there was a lot of partying, etc.... More

Asked person at front desk if they could make up pull up couch and bring in crib before we got back for the night.. Came back 5 hours later and it wasn't done. Said they didn't have clean staff.. Unacceptable. No shampoo in shower. Carpet didnt seem vacuumed.
