Very comfortable bed, very nice all the way around. Avoid the on-location restaurant, Shula's, as it is VERY pricey, albeit very convenient.

. . . was not that well run. I travel on business and one of the company's preferred hotels is marriott so I stay at various Marriott's across the country. Last week i stayed at one in San Jose and this week it was here so it is easy to compare. Generally, Marriott's are nice because they are clean, well...

We were in town for a wedding and we had a lovely experience at the Philadelphia Marriott West. Excellent service from the staff!

In all my years of staying in Philadelphia to enjoy some of the local attractions I have never stayed at this hotel but in the future will have to consider. The hotel staff was warm and welcoming. They hand out water as you check in which is not often seen in Marriott hotels. The rooms are small and configuration somewhat...

We stayed this weekend at the Marriott as part of a wedding group. We stayed there many years ago, but haven't stayed in a Marriott recently. I was pleasantly surprised......free water bottles everywhere, lemon water and lemondae in lobby all of the time, Philadalphia pretzels and mini-cheeseburgers in the afternoon, donuts and Starbucks in AM!!! Fabulous touches! Beds were wonderul!!!...

The hotel was very nice. The entire staff was very professional and friendly. The complentary Starbucks coffee and donuts were just what we needed after a restless night sleep. The AC unit was so noisy that we hardly slept. Although the room appeared to be very clean, we felt very itchy all night, even after showering. We only stayed there...

I stayed at this hotel during a business trip and found that besides the beautiful decor, large guest rooms, nice fitness center and pool area, the one thing that made my trip most enjoyable was the customer service from the staff. Everyone from the front desk to the waitresses in Shula's, was very friendly and helpful. They even put out...

First the hotel seemed a little hard to find. When we found it I was surprised on how large it was(tall) it had I believe 17 floors. There is a parking garage, and was told by the front desk you only need to use your room key to exit everytime. The staff were friendly and check in was simple. The...

Stayed here a couple of night on business. Usual Marriott standard. But what's with the Members Lounge not operating on Friday night or Sat? Is this usual in the US. Certainly not for Asia Marriott.

I stayed here while attending a conference at this hotel. The room was consistently immaculate and contained everything I needed. There was a mini fridge but no microwave.
My biggest complaint was that there was no free breakfast. The onsite restaurant charges 7 dollars for cold cereal and milk. You could also get a more typical breakfast with eggs, etc....
