We stayed at the Avonlea on 6/29 & 6/30. We had an incredible experience. Breathtaking panoramic view of the ocean from our room. Delicious breakfast each morning and a delightful staff! We love BI off season and this was wonderful experience! More

Stayed at the second inn, Avonlea, Jewel of the Sea (same owner as Blue Dory Inn), in the Emerald Room. Location is fabulous---lay in bed and watch the tides change; on a nice quiet side stree t right on the beach, but an easy walk to town. Room was beautifully furnished and very comfortable and clean. Just got back from a girls getaway... we totally enjoyed our stay! We were made to feel so welcome and at home at the Avonlea. Breakfast on the porch overlooking the ocean, wine and appetizers later in the day, just doesn't get any better than that. Looking forward to going back again next year! More

We were greeted by Michelle as soon as we arrived. She is a very sweet, accommodating Inn keeper. The rooms were lovely and you felt like you had someone taking care of you but not in an annoying way. Can't wait to go back next year! More
