What a disappointing and frustrating experience! We found the rooms to be sub-par and the proprietor to be surprisingly unprofessional. Our beds were uncomfortable, and we spent the night being kept awake by loud plumbing and the voices & footsteps of those staying above us. The Edgewood Manor is beautifully decorated and the staff is warm and very helpful! Each room has its' own uniqueness and is lovingly cared-for. The staircase is absolutely gorgeous with a beautiful stained-glass window at the mid-rest. You feel as if you have stepped back into another world....I would highly recommend this place, especially for an anniversary or romantic get-away...:)

The location is outside of Providence, the owner is extremely rude! We left after 15 minutes of interaction with the owner and he would not allow the cancellation! Charged me the full rate for two nights! Stay away and find a better location with in Providence!
