This park is on a remote barrier island. Clean and well equipped campground. We stayed in a tent right next to the ocean. The sites here are quite unique. This area is remote so you will want to come prepared however there are a 2 restaurants nearby.

The sites are very close together and except for some in the back loops lack privacy. The bath houses are antiquated and need to be updated. Most of the bath houses lacked heat and were drafty and cold; they had NO provisions for drying your hands - no towel dispensers or even hot air hand dryers; the shower stalls lacked... More

Nice place that is well run. Lots of rv's so tent campers beware. There are several walk in sites but they were booked when we tent camped. Beach is nice especially during low tide. Look for sharks teeth in small shell areas along beach. We found more than a few.
