This hotel appears to be updated, but it doesn't seem to be kept up well. We stayed in room 107 and we were not impressed with the room. “Excellent as expected!”

Stayed here while visiting family in the area and had a wonderful experience. Check in was very quick and the front desk provided excellent suggestions on places to eat. I had a room on the third floor which was neat, clean and quiet. I will definitely be back during my next visit to Bluffton.

“Filthy, outdated, patched walls, nasty carpet, bad smells, broken refrigerator, spider, roaches, rude managment.”

I was warned but tried it anyway. I will never stay in another hotel owned by this group. Good luck reasoning with this manager, Charles. Carpets are filthy and smell horrible. We stayed here on a slight discount for having a Marine graduating at Parris Island... Should have paid the extra money for a nicer hotel. My check in experience was ok, went smoothly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in this area. It has been very clean and comfortable everytime we have stayed there. The breakfast is very good and there are alot of different foods to choose from.

Comfort Suites is exactly what I needed for a stop in to visit my parents. Great location and I got a great deal. TV was nice nad the Oakatie Ale house next door is very fun and has a nice bar. Breakfast was very good. Comfortable bed.
