Everything about our stay was great. The hotel is very clean. The staff is very friendly. Dolesha with housekeeping, Aaron at the front desk, and Daniel and Allison at the Bistro made our stay very comfortable. The staff is personable and professional, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.

This hotel was in the perfect location for sightseeing in Charleston. We got a king room which came with a couch and sitting area. The furniture was nice. it was pretty clean, except for some big stains on the carpet and one hair in the shower. they have nice paul mitchell shampoo & conditioner. The staff was very friendly and... More

John Weaver is a true gem and asset to the company. He will go far in the hotel industry and it was a pleasure to encounter his service and kindness. Natasha should take notice. Quiet clean room with comfy beds, good location although a little bit on the 'edge' of town so be ready to walk into Charming Charleston.

We stayed there in April 2013. I selected this hotel based on the great reviews –especially about Kevin and Elizabeth. I had a chance to speak to Elizabeth, who was truly wonderful and knowledgeable about the area. This is all for the positive. Now my not-so- great experiences: the room we got had a stain on the carpet that was... More

We had our wedding in Charleston this past weekend and many guests including ourselves stayed at the Courtyard. The hotel was clean, in a great location and reasonably priced. The best part, however, was the service. They welcomed you with a smile each time through the door, were quick to help with any questions and went out of their way... More

Our stay in Charleston, with our two teenagers, couldn't have been any better thanks to all of the wonderful recommendations and help from Kevin, the concierge at the Marriot. The location of the hotel was within walking distance to so many wonderful sights downtown. The hotel was clean and the cafe was great in the morning when we were looking... More

Two Courtyards in Charleston, this one by far the better for facilities and location. Great access to the historic area either by walking or by taking the trolley. Good size, comfortable rooms with great air conditioning. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is in a good location but parking is a problem. Even if you pay for hotel parking it fills up and you have to park in an unsecured church lot across the street, which was especially annoying with the intense rainfall, having to run across the street through the flooding. The front desk staff was not particularly friendly... More

Thank you for taking the time to write a response on Trip Advisor. We take the feedback from our customers on the Travel Site very seriously as is evident by our 92% approval ranking. While parking is a challenge for all of the downtown properties, we do offer 85 spaces both covered and uncovered...the most of any of the hotels... More

Good location. The check in was great. Super friendly, we were given advise on restaurants, and directions to places we wanted to see. The room was very large. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. My only complaint was with the bathroom exhaust vent. It was COVERED with dust/lint. It was really gross, and with it being clogged, it... More
