Staff is very friendly. Rooms are new with flat screen TV's. Breakfast was ok. Room was clean for the most part. Carpet wasn't vacuumed too well in my room but I always wear flip flops anyway. Overall a good stay and I would stay again.

Stayed at the Sleep Inn while on a Carnival Cruise. They offer a deal where you can park at the Inn while cruising. Package includes a shuttle to the terminal. You must pay around $10.00 each for the return trip. This is still a bargain compared to paying to park at the pier.

I am at a loss to explain this review. Our front desk is staffed 24 hours a day and while there are times our associates are quite busy, they are trained to answer the phone at all costs. Perhaps there was a temporary problem with one of our phone lines.
