“NO KIDS ALLOWED! Never had I been so disrepected in a hotel :(”

2 minutes into our room we recieved a phone call stating "Do you have a child?" Yes "Tell your child to STOP running!" Really?, we've been in this room long enough for him (20months old) to go to the window and back to the ringing phone with your phone call. "Not my problem, tell your kid to STOP running". <---... I have stayed in this place over 10 months. My first visit was in 2008 and the second in 2010. It was an official visit. The best part is that there is good value for money and the rooms are really cheap. The locations ig good if you are working in Leeds. It is close to the airport and also... More

“Beware of bed bugs...they will eat you alive here.”

It was a horrible experience at this hotel. When we arrived I bleached all surfaces in the room but we did 't inspect for bed bugs. It was infested. After a couple of days we were covered with bites. And the worse thing was the hotel would only rebate our deposit plus $50. Don't stay at this chain if this... More
