Hampton Inn is a consistent brand. The HI-Gaffney location represents the brand at a high level. The Check-In staff set themselves apart during this business trip by doing all they could to make sure my stay was the best it could be.

Great place to stay. Excellent Staff and great breakfast bar. Staff attentive to your every need. Would recommend this Hampton Inn because of location, price, and service. Within walking distance of shopping, dining, and entertainment. Dicount shops abound.

Reservations were not made prior to arrival, which was approximately 8pm. We were told that we were booked into the only King room available and that the area may smell of smoke from smoking rooms nearby. The room had a musty smell but not significant. Very nice, clean hotel. Staff is outstanding, very helpful and caring. Made out trip so much nicer with the support they provided went out their way to make sure everything went well. Provided great value for the cost called college we were visting and arranged for them to meet us.

This is a large 4 story Hampton Inn right off I-85. The breakfast was excellent as was the person in charge. We had an issue with our room being right next to the elevator, but the manager had us moved to a quieter room immediately. He even upgraded us to a suite! Watch for the "bait and switch" on room rates, especially if you check in late at night. Check your bill carefully!!!!! I was quoted one rate on check in and another when my bill came in the morning. Front desk staff condescending and only revised the rate after a heated discussion.

The rooms are clean and spacious. The advertisement on the hotel bed experience reflects exactly what we felt, ie, the beds are very good. The breakfast is very good, ótima location, ample parking, free wi-fi with good quality. For who that want to go shopping it is located close to the Premium Outlets Gaffney.

Clean Rooms, friendly staff and free breakfast with a good variety of choices. Stayed here during a business trip. WiFi in the rooms and business center was helpful. Great location especially if you like to shop !! Would definitely stay here again.
