The property location and staff are great however the furnishing of the guestroom made the stay uncomfortable. The seating in the living room portion of the suite is dated and the fabrics are worn. Overall I found it difficult to get comfortable. During the breakfast hour there are many people trying to eat and the breakfast area isn't set-up to... More

There's an expression, "One bad apple can spoil the whole bunch," and that's what comes to mind regarding my stay at this Embassy Suites hotel. The service was good. The staff was pleasant. The price was fair. The crowd management during the peak occupancy weekend was outstanding. The room provided comfortably for three people. And the complimentary breakfast buffet offered... More

The suites were large, attractive, and clean. The staff was polite and helpful, making my business trip easier. Free wifi would be appreciated. Bed was comfortable. The cooked-to-order breakfasts and huge breakfast buffet were terrific. More

My family and I have stayed at this property at least 10 times in the last 12 years on the way back and forth from the DC area to desinations in Alabama & Georgia, It is a quiet, well-kept property, everything you expect from the Embassy Suites Brand. The stay was a quick overnighter enroute home. The rooms were clean,... More

We have stayed at Embassy Suites properties many times with our family. Lobby was beautiful and condition of room was good to above average (except beds.) Pool was green and and did not look appealing to swim in. Free breakfast on Easter Sunday was cut short 1 hour due to an Easter brunch they planned to serve at $30 per... More

This hotel is wonderful. The room was super clean, the beds were so comfortable and they even have Crabtree and Evelyn toiletry products! They have the biggest and best comp breakfast I've ever had and their free happy hour is fantastic after a long day. The staff is really friendly, the fitness center and pool are great. The only draw... More

I recently stayed at the Embassy Suites Golf Resort in Greenville and found it to be mediocre for a Hilton property. First the pros: nice location, indoor pool, nice common areas, comfy beds. Next the cons: non-helpful front desk staff, bad breakfast quality, noisy, terrible room. The pros are self-explanatory, so I'll move on to the cons. Upon arrival, my... More

We arrived just before the close of the manager's reception. The registration desk was having problems with a slow computer. While he was working the system, he gave me a room key and said "go quickly before they shut it (reception) down." I thought that was very considerate. We enjoyed our stay and had a great made-to-order breakfast. More

I stayed here for a Conference event this month. Room was very spacious and bright; very clean; and everything was in good working order. Some reviews said the hotel was dated, but i don't agree with that point. I would stay here again. The atrium is very nice, and breakfast (free to guests) was good: eggs, bacon, hash browns, yogurt,... More

Front desk and breakfast staff are great. Nice resort. 1. They don't provide rollaway beds. 2. Long distance charges for calls to places nearby. More
