Nice liitle place for a quick stay. Desk people very friendly, breakfast typical Marriott free breakfast. Only issue I had was that the hotel has NO fitness room!!! So hard to believe, they did have a contracted gym but with very limited weekend hours and not open on Sunday at all. I have never stayed in a hotel with no... More

Had to come to MB for a work conference...so we were in the hotel for less than 12 hrs. But for that time I have to say that hotel employees were very friendly and helpful. The bed was like sleeping on million feathers...nice & comfy. Only downfall I seen was that in the bathroom the exhaust fan didn't work...could cause... More

I was very dissapointed with my 4 night stay at this hotel, as a gold member i had never such a poor quality marriot hotel. The room smelled very bad and it was dusty. The breakfast area was very disorganize with only one person attending to it, the need more equipment for as many people as the have eating there.... More

This is an older 4-story Fairfield Inn (the non-Suites variety) situated on a rather busy 6-lane highway that is jammed during the summer months. Despite this proximity, there was no issue with noise. Of the 6 Marriott properties in the Myrtle Beach area, this is your least expensive choice. Although it is nicely manicured on the outside, the inside could... More

We have stayed here several times because our friends live close. We tried going to another hotel that was on Myrtle Beach but ended up leaving the next day and going over to the Fairfeild. Everyone is very nice there. The breakfast is great. They have warm cookies and cold lemonaide in the afternoon. The rooms are very clean and... More

Stayed here March 8th-10th. Great location for shopping at the outlets and going to the beach. We stayed in room 120 which is just around the corner from the lobby/desk. I thought it would be loud but it wasn't at all. The room was very clean and I'm very picky about that (actually I checked out the room before I... More

Good location between North and Myrtle Beach. Just don't try to turn left in the summer! Dated property. Towels need an upgrade. Good staff. Decent breakfast. Nice price. More

Stayed 25-27 Nov 2011 and it was ok. Hotel definitely showed signs of wear, particularly the bathroom in room 423. Not all that clean either. Was a lower standard than most Marriott Fairfield Inn's we have previously visited. Found someone else's phone charger in the room (a hint to us the room wasn't cleaned well). Had to ask, for the... This hotel is a bit below average standards for the Marriott Fairfield Inn & Suites brand, BUT is still a decent hotel with a good location and is still worth a shot... The rooms are clean, well maintained & need of a little update. (Maybe start with the TV's by putting flat screens in.) It is now a standard for... More
