The staff was helpful and exceptionally pleasant. They went out of their way to meet your needs. The condo was clean, quiet, modern and comfortable. The building was secure and staffed 24 hours a day. Parking was handy and close. Our experience was so good we would consider a condo in this facility as a home in the future.

Overall the stay was good. There were a few minor issue...the ice maker was broken and leaking but was fixed very quickly by friendly repairmen. Amazing resort!! Everyone in our party enjoyed their stay and we will be back in the future. Megan took care of all the details of our wedding and made the event perfect! The direct beach access and the outdoor swimming pools/water park were a huge hit!

This one of the nicest Embassy Suites that I have ever seen. It is located directly on the beach in the gated community of Kingston Plantation. It has a lovely lobby and pool area. I have honestly never had any issues with any Embassy Suites I stay in. The only issue I had with this one, is I just had to leave. Check-in (no problem), requested a corner room (no problem), manager's reception (great), breakfast (WOW!!!!), location (wonderful), and good times for all.
