Contrary to the previous review, we found the location excellent. You are out of the hubub of the south end, yet close enough to drive there quite easily. We very much enjoyed Dunes Pointe during our stay, we came in Mar, April & June. Our place was clean- fresh/updated-flat screen TV's...WIFI service & very new & clean linens & towels. I guess it depends who ya rent from. Very pleased with our place. Would recommend Dunes pointe condo B7..first floor with everything we needed.

“Not Close to Beach, Isolated, Only Plus is Privacy, Close to Beach, Not Crowded”

We stayed at the Dunes Pointe Plantation Resort/Dunes Pointe Condos in July 2009. First, be warned that the location is not in central Myrtle Beach, the location is isolated, and is at least four (4) blocks from the beach.
