We have just returned from our stay at the Patricia Grand and I must say the resort was a dissappointment. The rooms were very run down, the curtains were stained and the furniture was in bad condition. The floors were very dirty, we wore our sandals the entire stay although when the 2 yr old was with out her shoes... More

Glad we didn't pay any attention to the negative reviews....we had an amazing stay. Everyone was very nice, and went above and beyond to make our stay superb. Stacey in the dining room was unbelievable...couldn't do enough for us. The bed was very comfortable....we will definately return....thanks again for making our stay so special!! More

Was concerned because of some negative posts but our stay is very nice. Looking forward to returning this summer. Check in was slow but they had three people and all available staff was working. All employees were very nice too. Sami in the restaurant was GREAT! More
