We got there our room wasn't ready, so they didn't make us wait. They gave us a up-grade for same price. We do belong to there rewards club. Most chains have a reway\rd club. They are worth having. The room was a suite. Clean,large, comfortable beds,bathtub and shower,continental breakfast,swimming pool,fitness cente, business center. Restaurants close by. Would stay there again.... More

Great location, convenient to restaurants, the mall and not far from the Historic Section. We received a nightly call from the front desk to check on everything. The staff was knowledgable about the downtown area. I would highly recommend to hotel and would definitely stay there again. More
