We left Billeting on Shaw AFB (we were disgusted) during the Thanksgiving week and reluctantly chose this hotel amongst the others--we have stayed at some of the other hotels in the area, and Sumter is not an area for great hotels. “Great Stay with Dogs”

Great stay and allowed both 80lbs dogs. Quite nights, rooms were very clean and kitchen was well supplied. Customer service was ready to do anything to make stay better. Had to stay while moveing to SC for millitary service and was happy to be placed off-base.

I did not like this place at all. The rooms are not that nice. The staff is nice but the housekeepers don't clean good at all. No breakfast here. I will never stay here again. Also the beds are not that comfortable.

Our air conditioner went out with the temperature over 100, go we had to make a last minute reservation for ourselves and our pets.
