.I go to Deadwood all the time, this trip we decided to try this place and NEVER AGAIN!!! The employees in the casino made my experience so horrible that I will never step foot on either of their premises again!!! I have never experienced anything like this, it was as if they thought I was someone they knew and hated??... More

I can't comment on the hotel or casino, because I only went here for the Friday/Saturday night buffet of unlimited crab legs and prime rib. They had mussels, shrimp and all kinds of other great food, but for $22 bucks, you'd better go HUNGRY! I could eat 5 or 6 sets of crab legs like some of the 300 pound... More

We checked in late the night before St.Patricks Day. The party was already started. Drunks yelling in the street and in the hallways could be easily heard. Hotel staff did little to stop the noise even when people where climbing on the roof. Rooms were old with drafty windows and cracked plaster was. Gross tiny shower wirh barley rroom to... More

My family and I rented 4 rooms from here, luckily got them close together. All their parking lots were full so they said to park in the parking ramp (which also was full). I called and asked where else I could park but the wouldn't give me any more direction as to where to park so I parked in a... More

We have stayed at this hotel on several different dates and have enjoyed it every time. We did stay in one of the older rooms located in the back of the hotel one time and they are very small. But the remainder of our stays ( 10 total) we have stayed in one of the big rooms located on the... More

As we pulled in to deadwood we saw a sign offering rooms did 29.95. We were impressed with the front entrance so booked a room. The rooms haven't been remodeled in probably 70 years. They were clean but felt like you were in an asylum. More

After reading the reviews of this hotel I was skeptical about staying there. Maybe it was because I was expecting the worst that I found it to be OK. My room was small, but friends had a big room, it was a little shabby but clean, the beds were comfortable, and the shower was hot. We faced the street so... More

The hotel was interesting because it was historic. You felt like you were going back in time. The rooms were ok but they do need to be updated. As long as I can sleep I'm ok. The windows were old they should but some money into updating them. I loved the Old West feel of the hotel. It was a... More

My husband and I wanted a romantic getaway in a historic hotel. We didnt get it :( the staff was friendly and the casino and buffet were great but the rooms are horrible! The bed was smaller than stated online and very uncomfortable. The carpet was dirty and the bedding was old and dingy. It was very noisy and loud... More

A bus tour company booked us here for one night, we did not stay at this hotel by choice. The hotel had a genuine creepiness about it that extended to our double room on the third floor, which turned out to be super tiny, with barely any space to place our 4 pieces of luggage. The beds and pillows were... More
