I've been trying to find a nice but inexpensive hotel to stay at around the Chamberlain/Oacoma area. This was our first time staying here - my husband and I were on a motorcycle trip. The hotel is clean, and the lobby area is nicely decorated and attractive. The kitchen eating area is clean and well-maintained. The rooms, while simple, are...

Stayed here as first stop on Badlands/Rushmore/Yellowstone trip. Looking for a comfortable spot after a 750 mile drive with 3 kids. HoJo delivered. Big clean room with 3 queen beds. Quiet. Staff was cordial. Oacama is right on the Missouri River and the scenery there was surprisingly beautiful.

Stayed here just one night. There is not much at all in Oacoma, but the Hojo does for one night's stay. Unfortunately we found the check-in person to be very curt and unfriendly, which rather spoiled the stay. We found the room of the same standard as all the hotels in this class we've stayed in - pretty clean, comfortable...

We stayed for one night on our way back from from Custer, SD and it was a pleasant surprise. We asked for an upgrade if available and they did give us a suite. The room was great and 1/2 the price of Custer. The pool was small but nice. The hot-tub was nice. The breakfast was good and well organized.

We were on our way to the Black Hills and stayed here for one night. There was a power outage and they have no generator. Traveling with small children, it scared the dickens out of them. The breakfast was as expected, you can't ruin cold milk and cereal. The pool was nice and the room as okay. They didn’t have...

Thank you for taking the time to comment on your stay. I do apologize for the power outage! There was a city-wide outage due to an electrical storm that was going through the area. We hope to see you again soon. You will have to try our biscuits and gravy, waffles, variety of pastries, bagels, and/or breads for breakfast next...

We really appreciate your comments about your stay. Our Hotel became a smoke-free property about 3 years ago, and unfortunately even after 3 years of cleaning carpets, washing walls, etc. the smoke smell sometimes reappears. Thankfully, we only had to convert a few rooms over to non-smoking! We apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused. As new owners, we...

We had a two queen suite because we are three adults and need the extra room. This was just what we needed. The hotel was clean and everything was in working order. Check in was quick and the front desk was very friendly and cheerful. Breakfast was adequate but a bit disorganised. Only suggestion I would make is that the...

This is a clean, well-maintained hotel and a great stop on the way to/from the Black Hills. We were very impressed with the front desk staff, the cleanliness of the room, the breakfast and the upkeep of the property in general. Sometimes the hotels right off the interstate become "shop worn" in a hurry, but this place (which is six...
