“Great Stay at HGI!”

I couldn't say enough about this hotel. It was conveniently located near the interstate with a variety of restaurants to choose from for dinner. The lobby was very unique, and the room was very refreshing. And the ladies at the front desk were both extremely helpful. It was an all around great stay!

Minor inconvenient things that just overall added up to an annoying experience. This hotel was excellent. The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was awesome and not pricey, and the bar tender was wonderful. I absolutly loved the modern design of all the rooms and the lobby. I had a wonderful expirience. I would go back for sure.

The facilities were excellent. The room had an abundance of electrical outlets for charging several devices, and wireless internet. The business center was very nice. A great place to attend to business while on the road. Friendly and helpful staff.

“Good Night's Stay”

We spent one night at the HGI while traveling through Chattanooga. The staff was friendly and helpful, as in all the HGIs we’ve stayed at. The room was your standard HGI room with refrigerator, microwave, desk, chair and ottoman. Linens and toiletries were typical of a 3 star hotel. Fresh baked cookies in the lobby are always a nice touch.
