The door that was supposed to protect the guests' corridor was propped open with a cigaretee disposal can, anyone could have walked in from the street 24/7 and when the wind blew, the entire facility smelled like a big, abandoned ash tray. The propped-open door didn't hide the smell of whatever kind of mold, filth or rotting matter. This Motel... More

I tried to stay at the Roadway Inn, Chattanooga,TN. Upon checking in to my room I found illegal drugs & paraphenalia. i went to the clerk & she said housekeeping was not there but that she would give me another room. After dinner I went to the new room & it was inadequate, there were no blankets & it was... More

Please spend the extra $20 or $30 to stay closer to downtown. The hotel itself was just okay. Our room smelled awful and was very hot. After a long drive, this is not what we wanted to walk in to. There was a church group in town and they took over the breakfast line and the pool. We could not... More

Only stayed one night. Just needed somewhere to stop for the night before we went on to the Smokies. Booked the reservation on priceline.com. It was about $90 for one night. Can't complain about anything from our one night stay there. More

We stayed one night at this hotel. We arrived very late and found that there was one bed in our second room that didnt even look like it was made. Good thing we bring an extra set of sheets just for this case. Then when we went to breakfast, the attendant seemed to be too busy reading her paper to... More

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for one night. We arrived late and were tired; otherwise we would have simply left and find something else. The place was dirty, the bed in very bad shape and stained, the door didn't close properly and we could see light around it, noisy corridor, stained bathroom. The breakfast was probably the... More

I had stayed numerous times at this hotel over the past 5 years, but it had been a year since my last visit until this month. I was completely shocked to see how drastic things had changed. And I wonder if they are under new management. Our room was not vaccuumed, dusted, or "aired-out." When we opened the door, we... More

The woman at the check-in desk was very friendly and informative. She told us all we needed to know and we were on our way. The room was nice, large comfy bed. The bathroom however, was very small, if a large bathroom is something you like, I definitely wouldn't recommend this place. There was a mini-fridge and microwave in the... More

This is a great place to stay while in Chattanooga. The rooms were clean and when I requested ground floor, that request was met with the placement of the rooms reserved grouped together and convenient to the main lobby. The front desk staff was friendly with suggestions and coupons for restaurants. The pool was large and warm. And finally, the... More

Well I had been staying at this hotel on a regular basis. It seemed everytime I stayed here there was always something wrong. The internet service is always down. It is in a bad part of town. Alot of bums and beggers asking for money. I finally realized there is a better Quality inn right up the road on Shallowford... More
