The hotel seemed to have been updated recently. The woman at the front desk (Tracy?) was wonderful to deal with when I checked in. She was very friendly and made me feel welcome.
The room was clean and was only missing the micro fridge that had been advertised, but I didn't care.
The mattress was very firm (perfect for me)...

We needed an inexpensive good night's rest somewhere clean and convenient. That is what we got. Nothing fancy, but just what was needed. A good value. Note- what made us pick this over other bargain hotel locations was that the management made the effort to comment on other reviews. Everyone was polite, pleasant. Thanks for the sleep!

the one thing about this Motel that tells it all is that during the "127 World's Longest Yard Sale" on Friday August 2011 night we were about to go and ask for a room and people in the parking lot said don't " they are quoating rates at $200.00 per night. If this is not price gouging I don;t know...

I called and got a rate of $38.99 ($45.71 with the over 17% sales tax for motels) from Motel 6's booking 800 number. The price was right and Priceline had nothing to offer in Crossville. I checked out the room and it was OK, but thought I'd look at some of the competing properties to see what the choices were....
