We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the hotel. Beautiful entry with plants and blooming flowers. Lobby was beautiful. We were welcomed with warm smiles and fresh baked cookies. When getting to the room we were surprised. Was not expecting this type of a room from a road side hotel. WOW

Unhappy with cleanlessness of the rooms and the common areas. Curtains did not block out light well enough. Too much noise. The parking lot is in terrible condition. The staff at the front desk was nice, but it went downhill from there.

Just off the Interstate, the Inn is worth consideration for a reasonably priced stopover. Additionally, Franklin's downtown is charming with several "non franchise" dining options.
