Our company booked a block of rooms for an extended stay for the company we are with. It went to hell in a handbasket! Our group would leave our doors open to discuss the day while on the walkway. “It's a room, and it was surface clean”

Stayed for a week, they don't really do non-smoking rooms, so be sure to spend a few minutes in the room making sure you are ok with it. Well, the price for this place is really good. I cant find another place in the hendersonville/gallatin area like it. “Wonderful place to stay.”

Intown Suites in Hendersonville is very clean.The room we stayed in was newly renovated.The office staff leaves at 7 pm ,but a Hendersonville City policeman stays on the premises at night.Gives you a feeling of security.Would definitely stay here again.And you can't beat the price.

We apologize if you felt that our staff member was condescending or overbearing when addressing this issue. The door keycards are often demagnetized when placed next to cell phones or other electronic items. Perhaps the courtesy officer mentioned this in an effort to prevent this from reoccurring, which undoubtedly caused you to be inconvenienced. More
