The bottom line, you could stay at newer and better Value hotels in Knoxville. I am very loyal to Marriot but this was not one of their better properties. There was a SpringHill Suite I could have stayed at 15 minutes away and been much happier for the same rate. More

The hotel rooms are large. The breakfast that is included is more than enough to eat. The outside security lights do shine into the window so you will have to close the curtain at night. Pleasant one night stay and worth the money. More

This place is pretty good value. I did find a couple pieces of cereal by the bed and a sock. With this said carpet was still clean and beds were very good. The breakfast and wifi were good and free. I would stay here again. Location is pretty good with good restaurants close by. More

We spent a Friday evening at this hotel. Morning breakfast offered good variety of food...and most impressive was the fact that there were 2 breakfast attendants....keeping the supplies refreshed despite a HUGE crowd. Organization was much appreciated. More

The night staff could take some lessons from the day staff. The day staff was friendlier and more professional whereas the night staff seemed disengaged and robotic.
