- Corofin Village Hostel and Campsite is a small family run business at the gateway to the Burren region in County Clare. The campsite has a fully equipped campsite building with hot showers 24/7 (free of charge to guests, no tokens!), toilets, kitchen with dining area, fridge, freezer and a gas cooker. There is also a large games room with a pool table and television for shelter on rainy days! There are double, single, twin, group, private and dormitory rooms available in the hostel as well as a fully equipped kitchen and a cosy sitting room area to relax in. Corofin Village is home to lots of wonderful traditional Irish music especially on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday nights, if you can play or sing you are encouraged to join in the session! There are several shops, restaurants and pubs on your doorstep on the main street where we are located. Corofin is the perfect base for visiting the beautiful Clare countryside including the Cliffs of Moher, the Ailwee Caves, Lahinch beach, Father Ted's House and beautiful coastal drives from to take in the scenery.
