fix the sinks and bathtub drains, all clogged and not draining properly. also whoever was painting the place did a lousy
job, as well there was loud construction going on and we were not informed before it happened. plus there should be better organising of smoking and non-smoking rooms-they shouldn't be beside each other, smokers are pigs when it comes...
