On arrival I was greeted with neither a "hello" or "how are you". After my awkward check in I was handed my key, not told the number of my room and what direction to go. Thankfully the number was on the key fob, but I still had the task of finding my room. The room in general was clean, but... More

I was booked to stay at the harbour for 3 nights in April, but checked out after the first night! The room was terrible! Cold, damp and dirty! I have never experienced such an unprofessional check in from the lady on reception. Down right rude would be the best way to describe it! The free wifi which the hotel advertises... More

I had a truly awful experience at this hotel. Very rude service from the moment I arrived. The room was cold and damp and the electric radiator created an awful smell in the room. When I reported these problems to the lady at reception I was rudely told I was lying. This appalling service resulted in me leaving the hotel... More

Stay at the hotel last weekend.. The hotel its self was very old fashioned.. especially the reception area (stuffed animals etc..). Room was very basic and very cold even with the heat on. Food was good.. Found the lady at reception a bit unfriendly... she struggled to even say Hello.. Plus check out was 11am and the cleaners were trying... More

Lastweekend we lads went for a stag in Naas .We had a smooth checkin at this hotel. Mrs Mary Monaghan and her staff made everything smooth and also made sure that we were fed well before we hit the pubs I personally had a wonderful experience – as I Had forgotten my wrist watch in the hotel room. The hotel... More

After a long day travelling - we opted to try this hotel by chance. From the get go we were met with 'ATTITUDE' from a person more suited to controlling crowds at a soccer match rather than being front of house in a smelly damp hotel from the 70's. Staff were unhelpful and aloof, the room was well beneath a... More
