Everything is perfect and the owner helped me a lot in different stuff. Little problems was resolved quickly and the neighborhood is quite silent. No parking problems and 15 minutes walking to go to city center.

I was so appalled by the way the landlady of the bridge house chastised me for talking in my bedroom (behind closed doors ) that I had no hesitation in leaving the place that very night. I hope the €140 I left whoever she was will go into decent soundproofing for the rooms.
