It is very much a business hotel with no flags or disguishing features visible from a distance from the road just small signs to follow as you get close.

We arrived at the Radisson Blu Waterfront Hotel at midday on Saturday 5th May; although the lobby was extremely busy with a large wedding party, our check-in was processed quickly and efficiently. Lovely hotel very clean room. We had a major problem with our room being woken up at 5.30 am by banging staff doors! Asked to be moved but had to wait until the 3rd night. So only 2 good nights sleep. But saying that would stay here again as the location was great for the town and ferry port.

Hotel is very convenient for ferry users as it is only about 1/4 mile from check in/out. Also within walking distance of town centre. Rooms reasonably big but no drawers, otherwise adequate and clean with personal safe, empty bar fridge (for own use) and lovely beds. Parking free and plenty of space (May). Got back last night from lovely Jersey. We stated at the Blu for one night (Sat to Sun). It was a lovely, clean and relaxed hotel. The only downside was the breakfast as it was self service but to be honest, wouldn't put me off coming again.

Couldn't fault this hotel- got great room overlooking beach and breakfast good as was contemporary bar. Sometimes chain hotels can feel clinical but this Radisson was special.
