Just stayed two nights in the nicest guest house I've stayed in . Not only are the owners helpfully and welcoming and the rooms spacious and spotless the whole experience was a pleasure . I would heartily recommend Stockwell Lodge to all visitors to the North Devon area.

Stayed one night whilst visiting relatives. Nicky welcomed us by bringing a cafetiere and biscuits on arrival, a nice touch. What is more important than feeling really welcome? Nicky is an excellent host with a natural friendliness. The room and bedding is comfortable, bath and shower clean and efficient. Breakfast fresh and fabulous as well. Already booked my next stay for October this year.

We recieved a warm welcome from Graham and Nicky. The service was excellent and the rooms were extremely comfortable. Me and my partner look forward to returning in the future. Nicky and Graham were very knowledgable about the local area and were always happy to help. The food was outstanding; with locally sourced preserves. We would highly recommend Stockwell Lodge!
