Cowards Lake offered us a warm welcome, the owners were friendly and keen to ensure we enjoyed our stay in Abbotsbury, advising us on places to visit during the day time and places to eat in the evening. We very much enjoyed our few days staying at Cowards Lake Farm House. The food was excellent and we particularly enjoyed the homemade bread and marmalade.
