Nice site. v friendly staff. toilets/shower block kept v clean. nice play area for kids v close to Lyme Regis, Charmouth, Axminster, etc due to the location (top of a hill!) we found that the site could be in thick cloud but as soon as you headed down the hill towards Lyme Regis, the bad weather dissapeared............
I booked this 17 th century farmhouse on the Monkton Wyld campsite because I was looking for a place for myself and 5 friends to spend a girls weekend away.
There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms so that was a big bonus for us.
The house is quirky, lots of steps up and down into rooms, beams, massive inglenook...
