Stopped off in The Heights Hotel café while visiting Portland. Had a lovely cream tea and scone served warm with a great taste. Sat at the window at the first floor over looking Chisel Beach. Wonderful staff working in there too. A delightful place to stop for a break.

This hotel has the most fantastic view over cheisel beach from the restaurant . Rooms are functional. Breakfast is good, we were both disappointed by the evening meal main course. There are better places to eat in Weymouth. But overall we have enjoyed our stays at the heights.

The positives: an amazing location with a spectacular view, and very pleasant and helpful staff.
