Stayed in Blackwaterfoot for a long weekend and ate and drunk merrily and well at the Kinloch. Robbie and the staff are so attentive and always make the guest/visitor welcome. The food was superb and pints of 'Horizon' (their guest real ale for may) were readily consumed. We have stayed there many times too and recommend it for all ages... More

4 years running now in May. Brilliant staff, location and food. If you need to chill out this is the place - superb walks , scenery, golf course .....and of course people . Robbie and all his crew are just excellent hosts

I had a five day break here recently. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The staff were very good and looked after us, food was very good with plenty of choice..rooms well equipped, clean and warm. My friend and I will be back to stay very soon. Highly recommended.

I have been here several times and always want to come again when I need a life-line break. The owner/manager and all the staff are so welcoming, friendly and helpful. Everything about the hotel is of excellent quality with high standards throughout. Great food, especially the breakfast.

By the sea, seals from the windows, but a bit 60s in need of an upgrade. Food not bad but the buffet style breakfast for hot food means all a bit warm and cooked some time ago. A party of 32 walkers stayed in the Kinloch Hotel from 29 April to 29 May. The location is terrific for access to Arran's Hills and the hotel exceeded our expectations.
