Very good location near the ferry. Rooms are small but comfortable with tea coffee, hairdirier ,tv and a great sea view. Lovely breakfast provided . Worth a visit but is a wee bit overpriced for what you get.

We enjoyed our visit to Dunvegan, it was clean, warm and very comfortable. We could see the ocean from our bed which was a real treat and the breakfast was tasty too. No problems in recommending this little gem!.
We have just spent 2 nights at this well located B & B in Brodick. But quite how it ever got a 4 star rating from the AA leaves us mystified. We found the rooms quite small and the heating system quite uncontrollable IGW either to hot or freezing cold and difficult and I really mean difficult to control and...

I visited dunvegan for 1 night & was greeted by fiona, a lovely person. The guest house is literally a 2 min walk from the ferry & is right in the middle of the main st in Brodick, its location is great for wondering around the island with a beautiful beach front location. I had a room with a separate...

Our friends booked in to the Dunvegan for a 7 night break. They were really enjoying their stay,so called us and asked us to join them for a couple of days. Every guest staying there had visited before. Helen is a friendly host, and nothing is too much trouble, breakfasts were excellent as was the hospitality.

Helen is an attentive and willing...

We stayed in room 8 for a couple of nights and fell in love with the view (see below). Even as you relax on the bed you get a fab view of the harbour which is extremely relaxing. The location is literally 5 mins walk from the ferry, a stone throw away from the beach and there are of course...

I took my two lads (10 and 7 years old) over to Arran for a long weekend and we needed somewhere to stay for three nights. I already knew this was a great place - as my mother regularly stays here each summer - so I had no hesitation in booking us in.
There is a separate bungalow at the...

We (myself, wife Elizabeth and cocker spaniel Molly) stayed at Dunvegan House for a night last week on an island-hopping trip north to visit family on Skye. Helen is a perfect hostess, happily bringing breakfast forward so we could catch the ferry and offering to babysit Molly if required (not necessary). We felt part of an extended family as much...
