We found the hotel to be warm, comfortable and very clean. Our room had everthing that you would expect from this standard of hotel and plenty of hot water. The hotel is clearly benefiting from investment.
Breakfast was excellent and enjoyed by our party of six, served by a very pleasant member of staff. You can choose from continental to...

Having to visit the area for a third time on business, I needed somewhere which was an inprovement on the two other locations I had used in the previously. The hotel staff were extremely accomodating, particularly when I was necessary to extend my stay for three more days 'on the fly' due to unforseen circumstances. I found the bedrooms clean...

The hotel is reasonably central to Fochabers and very handy for Spey Way walkers.
Wasn't sure what to expect but I received a warm welcome. The single room was a reasonable size with fairly "heavy" decor and furnishings. However they were good quality. The room was clean with a wash hand basin and a shower/toilet. There was plenty of wardrobe...

I had five different hotel nights to book as I was walking the Speyside Way. I like to book somewhere decent as a reward to myself after a long days walking! So when I visited this hotel's web-site I quickly decided it was for me. I should have delved deeper! It looks very good, but if you start clicking through,...

I can't comment on accommodation as I only ate in the restaurant but certainly won't be doing so again. I ate in the restaurant last year on a recommendation. The food was good and well presented for basic pub food. I returned tonight and couldn't believe the drop in standards. The decor is dire and the whole reception area is...

We stayed here one night, the room was fine, if a little dated but the real issue was the restaurant and the staff.
We went into dinning room at 7.20 by 7.40 despite asking at least 4 different members of staff we still had not got any menus or a drink. Please bear in mind this is a pub –...
