Excellent service (especially from Gary at front desk), professional, meals in the restaurant were really good and we were upgraded to another room due to a wedding at the hotel. Staff were always very helpful and rooms were looked after and very clean - nothing too much trouble for the staff.

Lovely hotel in fantastic lakeside location.Reception was first class including a complimentary drink on arrival,very welcome after a long journey,Gary at the front desk was very welcoming and efficient.Had dinner in the hotel,which was fantastic,cooked Scottish breakfast very good.We love Strathclyde country park and have stayed in other hotels within the park,but this was by far the best.

yet another lovely Mothers Day meal we had we come here every year and the food is amazing and the staff are so friendly. it is very spacious for the kids to run about and is very open and nice and comfortable. also free meal for kids under 5 years which i found very good.
