Very friendly, warm welcome after a very long journey. The bedroom was comfortable and warm with an unexpected en suite shower room. Breakfast was good with a reasonable choice on offer. I booked for 1 person and was given a family room which would have been perfectly good if I had taken my husband and son.

Dirty, smelly, dated, carpets badly stained overall dank, musty and uninviting. We decided against staying and moved to another hotel if your not too fussy go for it but I dont look for fancy surroundings just a basic clean and fresh surroundings

Tiny, cramped twin room. Urine stained and smelly carpet in the ensuite. Unmentionable stains on the walls and carpets throughout and a dirty stained tea tray. Lovely paintings on the walls could not detract form the overall grubby, run down appearance.
