We went for a long weekend got a deal for three nights £109 DB&B. Yes the hotel looks a bit tired and needs updating but all in all was great value for money. Rooms were clean, but the beds do need changing ours were very uncomportable and we didnt have a shower just a bath. Cant complain about the food... More

We had a 2 night stay in March 2011 DB&B for £65 each ! Yes the food (and the rooms) were basic but perfectly acceptable at this price. Breakfast was very good and service at all meals was excellent. We had a bar snack which again was reasonably priced. Entertainment was also included which consisted of an acoustic jam session... More

Spent a couple of nights at the hotel. It does need to be updated, looks quite sad in the daylight. I would suggest you take your own towels, the ones supplied have really seen better days. Food was OK. Staff very friendly and efficient. Wouldn`t go back. More

We went to Aberfeldy for a weekend break, and unfortunately we were very disappointed with the Breadalbane Arms. We were on a dinner, bed and breakfast deal costing only £65 each. To be honest, we were not expecting too much however.........it was worse than expected. Firstly, the room was shabby and not particularly clean, no hairdryer either. The bathroom was... More

This hotel was the worse hotel I have ever stayed in. It was so cold I had to eat dinner with my outside jacket on and 2 scarves. The room was tiny and most of the food not very pleasant to say the least. My advise is give this hotel a wide berth. More

A group of 26 Bridge playing friends met up for the 4th year running at the Breadalbane hotel for the weekend. A great time was had by all. Very friendly helpful staff. Really lovely wholesome food served always at speed so it was piping hot. [Homemade soups to die for] Equally good Bar meals and very reasonable Bar prices. Yes... More

old fashioned hotel, which needs money spent on it, dont think any locals would use this hotel. meals were just about ok, but stuck in the 70s, some menu items out of tins and sauces and gravies out of a packet, throw out the corn flour chef. rooms only had baths with only small bar of soap supplied. overall the... Stayed two nights and think the staff are very good. The food is not to my taste. Very old fashioned menu with poor choice. Rooms very dated and not too clean. Our shower did not work properly. You basically get what you pay for. Nice setting recommend a walk up the 'Birks' More

I spent a weekend at the Breadalbane Hotel with a group of Ramblers. The rooms were very comfortable although ours only had a bath and not a shower. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The meals were excellent and the staff very pleasant and helpful. Both nights the entertainment was very good especially the Friday night where... More

We have had a most enjoyable break in Aberfeldy, visiting Dunkeld and Birnam Highland games and the various antique shops in the town. The music is good and varied(and variable). The Breadalbane Arms is excellent value and our visits always include a walk up The Birks O' Aberfeldy which start close to the hotel. The hotel staff are remarkably efficient... More
