I stayed in Culdares for 2 nights, and found it to be an excellent base in Aberfeldy. It's situated just next to the Black Watch pub, very close to the main square, but note that it's difficult to find as the sign outside simply states "B&B". This is ann excellent little bed and breakfast that we stayed in recently. Ian and Maria have a small bed and breakfast which was ideally located right in the heart of the Aberfeldy.
