We stayed as a couple to celebrate a 90th birthday, Isla was the perfect hostess, allowed us to move into the beautiful front room and cooked breakfasts suitable for giants. We loved the stay, the welcome and the room, what more can one say! More

The Highfield House is an excellent B&B. Spacious rooms and bathrooms are provided, all are very clean and offering an excellent standard. The host gave us a warm welcome. For breakfast you have several options, and cheese, fruits are included as well. The home-made marmalade tastes very good the host even gave us her recipe. Very recommended B&B. More

Stayed for one night. Very comfie room-ensuite a bit on the small side. Had been shown bigger room at the front of the house by mistake -will book this one next time as it had a shower and bath. Breakfast delicious and Isla very friendly. More
