I had the remarkable fortune of being able to visit Dornoch and its majestic golf club while I was studying at the University of Edinburgh. The memories of my stay are ones which I will treasure for the rest of my life. Ed and Marelle could not be more wonderful, warm, and charming in their hospitality. The accommodations themselves are... More

Ed and Marelle could not do enough for you from the moment you arrived to the moment you left nothing was a problem for them to help you.The rooms were very good and spacious and the breakfast was tailor made to whatever you wanted to eat and cooked to perfection. The location of b&b is on the edge of golf course... We enjoyed a lovely couple of days with Edward and wife. Also, Edward was very helpful in getting a tee-off time at outstanding Royal Dornoch. Really worth. More

We only stayed here one night whilst touring Scotland but we have never felt so welcome. Our hosts made it very reluctant to move but as we were limited to time we had to. They had a marvellous way of serving breakfast all guests round one table which meant we talked to our fellow guests & this was very interesting... More

Decent sized twin room, with ensuite, maybe a tad small for two blokes and their golfing gear but we did use the garage to dry our gear in (well it is Scotland so expect some rain). Marelle, our host, was very welcoming and also a fellow golfer, great choice at breakfast, no need to ask for anything extra like toast... More

We found on arrival a very warm welcome from the owners, Marelle & Edward. The rooms very clean and tidy as you would expected. The breakfasts are as good as... More

This B&B was perfectly located to the centre of the most lovely village. This accomomodation was beautifully kept and the breakfast was amazing. Our host was so welcoming and went out of her way to ensure our stay was perfect. Situated next to the golf club and the beach was just fantastic and was quiet at night for a greatt sleep! More

The B & B was perfectly located at the beach end of Dornoch, so quiet & peaceful & within walking distance of the beach in one direction & the town centre in the other (& very near the golf course, if golf is your reason for being there). The accomodation was clean & comfortable with all needs well catered for... More

Spent 4 nights here on family trip in June. Everything was very good - clean and comfortable rooms with nice little touches such as the wine glasses - very useful Marelle! It was nice that the heating was on too as it wasn't very warm during our stay but we didn't suffer because of this. Breakfast was fabulous and we... More
